From the local village of Sauveteur, we source all our food and ingredients from local producers and farmers. Our fruit juices and fruit such as melon, apricots, peaches, cherries to name but a few, are all served at breakfast time. Our tasty jams are hand made by a local farmer.
The village baker provides us daily bread, croissants, pain au chocolate, focaccia and loads more.
